Successful Launch to 777 Financial Advisors’ Debt Advisory Business Representing 9 Figure + Transactions mandates in 2021

Three mandates were successfully closed in the fourth quarter of 2021. These include the structuring of acquisition and project development financing for a joint venture of investors for the purchase of a former hotel in an attractive location in Berlin. The hotel will be converted into a modern serviced-apartment. Financing was arranged for a Magdeburg-based project developer to acquire land for a property development project in Teltow near Berlin. In addition, a subordinated loan was structured for an innovative project developer in Hamburg for the construction of a residential building with an attached daycare center in ESG-compliant timber construction.

The implementation of additional mandates in the triple-digit million range are at an advanced stage, so that overall a successful conclusion of the first fiscal year ending by the end of March is expected. In addition to arranging financing for land purchases and interim financing, the advisory services range to the structuring of complex financing for project developments as well as cash flow-based financings. Both traditional debt financing in the form of senior loans as well as mezzanine and whole-loan financings are used. In doing so, 777 Financial Advisors draws on an extensive network of more than 150 banks, insurance companies, debt funds, pension funds, family offices and mezzanine capital providers.
