Baar-Zug (Switzerland), 7. December, 2021. The real estate investment boutique 777 Capital Partners GmbH (777 Capital Partners) is now also investing in the Austrian real estate market and further expanding its project development portfolio. The company has successfully secured a project development in the premium residential real estate segment. The investment volume amounts to more than 70 million euros.
Six luxury chalets with a living area of over 6,000 square meters will be built on the site by the end of 2023. The construction project is being carried out jointly with MACH Architekten (MACH) from Kitzbühel. MACH has already successfully realized a large number of similar projects in the past.
“With this project, we are taking the opportunity to invest in one of the most sought-after locations in Austria. There is a very high demand for luxury projects in Kitzbühel and the surrounding area, but only a limited supply, as the market is still served in a highly fragmented manner,” says Ralph Winter, partner and co-founder of 777 Capital Partners GmbH.
As investment activities of the group are increasing, Markus Dickopf has been appointed as Managing Director of the Frankfurt-based subsidiary 777 Capital Advisors GmbH (777 Capital Advisors). He has been with 777 Capital Partners since inception of the group and, as Managing Director, will be responsible for the entire investment business, including asset management and equity raising, and will be in charge of managing 777 Capital Advisors GmbH.
